My name is Alyaman Alhayek.
I launched Make Digital Art in 2020 during the covid-19 pandemic. This is my first blog site however I have been a professional digital designer and artist since 2009.
My first job was one of my friends asking me to design a T-shirt for him in high school. I currently run my own design business, Alyaman Alhayek Design (Link Here) that I started shortly after in 2011.
I was hired as a marketing designer for a company with locations all over the east coast of the United States. I created & designed digital graphics, collateral, and websites as part of my role there.
The two years after I started working with this company proved to be the most successful for the company … ever (over 20 years)!
I accomplished this by creating:
A fully redesigned website that brought them more than 3x the traffic and around 400 leads per month!
Over 400 pieces of collateral including digital graphics, flyers, emails, advertising pieces, banners, posters, a booth, booklets, brochures decals, and more.

Digital art is something that I would always come back to because while making money is great clients have a specific vision and needs. You are not free to do whatever you want in commissions and designs. You want to do the best job you can for their goals and needs.
Creating art is something that tugged away at me every now and then. Each time tugging harder at me more than the last. Until finally I had the idea for Make Digital Art during the first months of quarantine with covid after being laid off from my job.
I pulled the trigger and decided to launch the site and here we are.
My hope is that I am able to help you on your journey with digital art and create a community where we can create art together!
